The Teens In Control (TIC) youth advisory council is excited to provide this informative and interactive site for young people in our area and beyond! This site will provide accurate information and links to other valuable sites regarding abstinence, safer sex, sexual decision-making, and other issues that are important to our peers.
The TIC group is committed to providing teens with the resources necessary to protect themselves physically and emotionally. Avoiding sexually transmitted infections, diseases, and unwanted pregnancies is a crucial part of staying healthy and enjoying our lives!
TIC members are teens from Newberry County, SC (Mid-Carolina and Newberry High Schools). The group is sponsored by Newberry County YOU FIRST Teen Pregnancy Prevention program, and provides a youth perspective for program planning. Learn More ยป
